Use Hot Spot+ For Quick Jobs & For Add-On Sales to Customers to USe

Hot Spot+ is the same highly effective InVade Bio Foam in a ready-to-use aerosol can. It is ideal for quick jobs or as an add-on sale to customers for use between scheduled service visits. It works well in drains, cracks, crevices, and other areas or voids with organic build-up including beverage fountain drip trays, beverage line bundles, along and behind peeling away baseboards, under ice machines and in voids around dishwashers, walk-in coolers, and tray conveyors. Hot Spot+ also has many household cleaning uses and can effectively clean and deodorize carpet stains, spills, garbage cans, and litter boxes

Where & How to Use Hot Spot+

General Surface Applications

Hold the can 12″ away from the surface you are treating, and apply the foam in a sweeping motion. Do not wipe up or wash off the foam. For most effective results, allow the foam to remain in contact with the organic debris for at least two hours.

Drain, Crack & Crevice Treatments

For drain, crack, and crevice treatments, insert the included straw into the actuator and dispense as needed. For deeper injections in drains or hard-to-reach areas, remove the standard actuator from the can and press the 24-inch hose extension actuator onto it. The reusable extension hose allows Hot Spot+ to penetrate deeper where needed. It is important to allow the foam to remain in contact with the organic debris for at least two hours to be most effective.

Carpet Treatments

Hot Spot+ cleans and deodorizes stains on carpets and works well on stains from soda, juice, milk, wine, beer, food residue, oil, urine, vomit, and other organic matter. Spray over the stain, covering it with foam. For best results, apply immediately after a spill while the stain is still wet. If applying to an existing stain, moisten the area with water before applying Hot Spot+. Do not scrub or wash after applications. For very dark or old stains, multiple applications may be needed.

Other Treatments

Hot Spot+ can also help to control odors from drains, garbage disposals, litter boxes, and trash cans. To clean and deodorize drains and garbage disposals, inject Hot Spot+ directly into them. To clean litter boxes, apply Hot Spot+ to the base of the box and then add litter on top of it. To clean trash cans, lightly coat the surface with Hot Spot+ and allow it to dissipate. While Hot Spot+ can be used on a variety of surfaces, it should not be used to treat direct food contact surfaces.
